Shipping Policy

At MilosPokeTCG, we strive to provide a seamless and reliable shipping experience for our customers. Please take a moment to review our shipping policy to understand how we handle the shipment of your orders.

Processing Time:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the date of purchase.

  • During high-demand periods or special promotions, processing times may be slightly extended.

Shipping Methods:

  • We offer various shipping options during checkout, allowing you to choose the delivery method that best suits your needs.

  • Available shipping methods may include standard shipping, expedited shipping, and express shipping.

Shipping Costs:​

  • Customers can view the shipping costs during the checkout process before finalizing their purchase.

Domestic and International Shipping:

  • We offer only domestic shipping currently, International shipping is unavailable at this time.

Tracking Information:

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information. This allows you to monitor the progress of your shipment.

Delivery Time:

  • Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping method and the destination.

  • While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as customs processing times may impact the final delivery date.

Incomplete or Incorrect Addresses:

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during the checkout process.

  • MilosPokeTCG is not liable for orders delayed or returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses provided by the customer.

Lost or Stolen Packages:

  • In the unfortunate event of a lost or stolen package, please contact us promptly at Tony@MilosPokeTCG.com. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and find a resolution.

  • MilosPokeTCG reserves the right to update or modify the shipping policy at any time. Any changes will be reflected on this page.

Return & Exchange Policy

Because of the characteristics of sealed products in the TCG industry, returns are not available. However, if you receive a damaged or inaccurately described item, please email us at Tony@MilosPokeTCG.com, and we will address the issue promptly.

Cancellation requests can be made before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee is applied to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred during the initial transaction.
