Lost or Stolen Packages:

Return & Exchange Policy
Because of the characteristics of sealed products in the TCG industry, returns are not available. However, if you receive a damaged or inaccurately described item, please email us at Tony@MilosPokeTCG.com, and we will address the issue promptly.
Cancellation requests can be made before shipment but are subject to a 3% cancellation fee, which will be deducted from the refunded amount. This fee is applied to cover the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred during the initial transaction.
